  • Account Registration & Access
    • Users must provide accurate and verified information.
    • Account access is strictly personal and non-transferable.
    • Affiscore reserves the right to approve or reject any account.
    • You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials securely.
  • Use of Tracking Technology
    • Affiscore uses cookies, postbacks, and tracking pixels.
    • Data accuracy depends on correct integration by users.
    • We are not responsible for tracking loss caused by incorrect setup or implementation.
    • Any attempt to manipulate tracking data is strictly prohibited.
  • Traffic & Campaign Compliance
    • Only legitimate and compliant traffic sources are allowed.
    • Users must follow advertiser-specific campaign rules.
    • Incentivized, bot, or fraudulent traffic is strictly prohibited.
    • GEO targeting and device targeting requirements must be respected.
  • Fraud Detection & Monitoring
    • Affiscore uses automated and manual fraud detection systems.
    • Suspicious activity may result in immediate account suspension.
    • We reserve the right to reverse fraudulent conversions.
    • IP blocking, device fingerprinting, and fraud scoring may be applied.
  • Data Processing & Privacy
    • Users are responsible for complying with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable.
    • Affiscore processes tracking data solely as a service provider.
    • We do not sell personal data to third parties.
    • Data retention policies may apply based on account activity and usage.
  • Billing & Payments
    • Advertisers may be billed based on tracked and validated conversions.
    • Affiliates are paid only for approved conversions.
    • Payment schedules (Net terms) are defined on a per-account basis.
    • Payment disputes must be raised within the specified dispute period.
  • Service Availability
    • Affiscore strives for high platform availability but does not guarantee 100% uptime.
    • Scheduled maintenance or unexpected downtime may occur without prior notice.
    • We are not liable for losses resulting from system interruptions or service outages.
  • Intellectual Property
    • All platform technology, software, and intellectual property belong to Affiscore.
    • Users may not copy, resell, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.
    • Unauthorized use of APIs, tracking scripts, or platform resources is prohibited.
  • Account Suspension & Termination
